Rundle
Employee ownership

You help build the company. You share in what it becomes.

When Rundle buys a company, the people who help build it have the chance to own part of it.

If your company was just acquired

What this means for you

Rundle buys companies to keep and build them. We are buying the business as it is, with its people, its customers and its name. We are not here to break it up.

Any change that affects you will be explained to you directly and in writing by your leadership team, and by us if you would like to hear from us.

What is new is the opportunity to share in the company's growth through equity, so the people who build the business benefit from what it becomes.

How it works

Employee equity, in plain terms

The details differ by company. This is how we approach it in general.

  • Who receives equity

Leaders and employees across the company. Who takes part, and how much each person receives, is set with management at each acquisition, based on role and contribution.

  • How it vests

Equity typically vests over several years, so it rewards the people who stay and build the business. The schedule is set for each company and explained to you in writing.

  • When the company is sold or recapitalized

People who hold equity share in the proceeds in proportion to what they own. Your own terms are set out in your equity documents.
