A confidential buyer for your client's next chapter.
We work alongside the lawyers, accountants and brokers who advise Canadian business owners, and we respect the process you run for your client.
A straightforward counterparty
-
Confidential from the first call
We keep every conversation private, and we sign an NDA before reviewing any company information.
-
Terms in plain language
We share how we think about value and structure early, so you and your client can judge fit quickly.
-
A long-term owner
We buy to hold, with no planned exit date. Your client knows who will own the business next.
How deals are funded. Each acquisition is funded with a combination of senior debt, equity from Rundle and its investors, and in many cases a rollover of the seller's equity.
Referral fees. We work with intermediaries on customary, industry-standard referral and success fees, agreed in writing before an engagement begins.
